About 20 years ago when Harbor was pretty much an upstart company I bought a butane touch to apply shrink sleeves. I could never get it to work. A few years later I bought two 4 pound slugging hammers. The 1st time I hit something with them the handles broke and the hammer heads went flying. I went in the other day to get a battery tester. I look around the store and a lot of whats in the store is (let’s face it) not quality stuff. However, there are some pretty good buys if you look around. All in all I think they have come up a few notches since my hammer episode. 3 stars.
Great deals, quality tools at a decent price, clean well organized store, employees are friendly. Items not always in stock.
For my experiences-Easy to find things. Workers are helpful they know where the items asked for are located. I come in and ask and they tell me if they have it or not or what isle it is in. Not like other big name brands with more variety but have good selection and good prices when on sale. It’s also near where I live which makes it more convenient.
