When I’m not climbing ladders or crawling through a tight crawlspace, I enjoy skiing and biking. I have always enjoyed teaching, I spent over a decade as a downhill ski instructor. I have worked as a race mechanic for a variety of bike races, including the Tour of Utah and Cyclocross World Championships. In 2020, I will volunteer with the Utah High School Mountain Bike League to develop a Mechanic Training Program for Student-Athletes. I truly enjoy inspecting homes and helping inform prospective home buyers of any issues that I find.

Matt was excellent to work with, he was thorough and very helpful in explaining everything about the house I purchased. He was also very timely with the inspection and his very detailed, easy to understand report. I would definitely recommend Matt if you’ve just bought a house.

Matt was very kind to offer a free inspection to see why the temperature wasn’t regulating in my home as expected. He was very kind, courteous and helpful in helping me understand how the HVAC system works and gave me a few pointers on improving the efficiency and temperature regulation. He also took infra red images of the problem areas and helped me fix them. I appreciate Matt’s help and service and strongly recommend him for a house inspection and other services he provides.

Matt was a huge help in our family being able to complete a home inspection for our purchase from another state. His payment process and service selection options were seamless. He accommodated meeting family members at the inspection since we were out-of-state. He provided honest advice, specifically helpful with preparation for our VA appraisal, and he provided thorough information. I’d hire Matt again over the next guy any day!
