Paul was very thorough during the home inspection process and explained everything I needed to know about the property I wanted to buy.

Paul recently inspected a condo for me and I was so appreciative of the incredibly thorough job he did. In addition to being very accommodating with scheduling, Paul took the extra time to make sure I understood the ins and outs- including how to best maintain appliances and monitor important home staples.

He is very detailed oriented and very thorough in analyzing and inspecting a home. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing our first home, and the amount of information he provided was extremely helpful and insightful. Most inspections are between 2-3 hours, but his can go longer than 4 hours. His rating is very reasonable and valuable. To this day, he still keeps in touch ensuring my family and have all the resources we need to purchase our home in a cohesive manner. Thanks once again Paul
