I highly recommend Dylan. He is prompt when showing up to do the inspection as well as delivering the report. His report is very detailed and clear to understand. His work ethic is impeccable.

Dylan inspected a home I am buying. He was thorough but down to earth. It is potentially frightening to hear every small thing that is wrong with a home but Dylan has a calm positive way about him that takes the sting out. I left this experience feeling like I know the small steps I need to take and that they are very manageable. I am very happy with his report and his walkthrough explanation.

Dylan Linnencamp of Harper Homes went above and beyond for my home inspection. He actually inspected two homes for me, but with the first home, he uncovered a few things that made me change my mind about purchasing it. But, it worked out so well, because I found another home that I love WAY MORE! Dylan did the second inspection too, and in both cases, he answered additional questions that I had days after the inspection. He has amazing customer service, is VERY thorough will walk you through your home and point out everything in detail and answer all your questions. I’ve had home inspections in the past, and no other inspectors have been as thorough, nice and provide the excellent customer service that Dylan does! Finally, I had a concern about the home I am in the process of purchasing, and Dylan actually went back out to the property to double-check it for me – all included in the original cost!! Not many people would do that these days, but Dylan has said repeatedly that his goal is to provide the best customer service he can — and, he succeeds tremendously!
