We worked with Tony from long distance and were unable to attend the inspection. He was excellent at communicating with us via email and phone. Took a lot of time to discuss his report/findings with us. He was not only thorough, but very knowledgeable. We now know exactly what we need to do first in addressing maintenance items. Tony Responded quickly and answered all our questions even before hiring him. The report was easy to read and had photos and details. As a realtor, and as a buyer, we would use Tony again and recommend him!

My inspection was very detailed and was easy to read and follow and Tony took time to make sure I understood the report.

He went over all the points where he had located things around the house that I might need to know, like water main shutoffs etc. He then showed me the things he believes that need to be repaired and told me how to do some of the ones that the seller probably wouldn’t do. If you want a thorough inspection so that their are no surprises, your best bet would be Anthony Harris
