Hi there, thanks for visiting our site. I’m Paul Perez, the CEO of Haven and a US Army Veteran. I’m a Professional Home Inspector and Member of ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. I’m professionally trained and certified by TREC (#22639), the Texas Real Estate Commission.

In the past ten years, I’ve had the great pleasure of serving with local organizations like Rebuilding Together and Habitat for Humanity, to help improve the homes and lives of those in need. Through my service with them, I’ve realized the importance of having a sound and secure roof over your head, and trustworthy people to help you preserve it and the things within it that are truly invaluable, your family.

What a great experience!! We are in the process of buying a new home, and as any home buyer, stress levels are reaching their peak right about now! Mr. Perez was not only extremely punctual (he was actually there before us!), and performed an absolutely thorough inspection of the property. He went out of his way to answer every question we had in a very friendly and detailed manner, (there were plenty of questions, believe me!) patiently explained the operation of the devices, gadgets, switches, and the such!

I am a Realtor and have had the opportunity to work with several efficient home inspectors. I am currently purchasing my own home and need a home inspection. He did such a thorough job the head construction superintendent was beyond impressed, stating that in his 35 years working with many realtors who have sent home inspectors and Mr. Perez was by far the best he’s seen. Home Haven Inspection is definitely the way to go. Great price, Great service.
