Overall great experience. The office staff was friendly, helpful and right on top of things. We were scheduled right away. The inspector was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings to us. As first time home buyers this was extremely helpful. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.
Hawley did great! Don and his office staff were very friendly and kind over the phone! They were able to get me in quickly for a home inspection, which was nice because I needed it completed before I return to working in my office. I’m also a first time home buyer, so it was nice of him to go over the important things via phone call and explain them to me. The other findings were written down in detail and emailed to me less than 24 hours after he did the inspection! In the package I also got a free termite inspection, and they found a few spots in the house that I did not see either time I toured the home! Thank you Don and his team!
Hawley was professional and thorough. They were diligent in their work and very responsive to my e-mails, responding in a timely manner. They did not shy away on any issues or concerns and gave good explanations on why something was marked and/or not completed.
