HDMK Home Inspection

I have used HDMK for two separate home inspections, and I highly recommend this company. Kiel was very knowledgeable, and he provided a thorough, detailed report of all findings. He was also readily available to discuss my questions and concerns. The HDMK app was easy to use to schedule my inspection appointment. I also found their pricing to be extremely fair given the size of the homes they have inspected for me

My realtor recommended HDMK because he was very pleased with their work on other projects. Being I am buying a house from another state it was imperative that the inspection was thorough, accurate, and informative to an average consumer with some home inspection/repair experience. The inspector was punctual regarding the appointment as well, and that is huge when you have none to waste. At the end of the day, the inspection identified much more than I expected the inspector to actually notice or notate. Following the inspection, I commuted to the property because I could not purchase a home at this price point unseen, I couldn’t. I used the inspection report to comb through the home, and everything listed was found to be valid, although, on home inspections sometimes things must be notated despite how large or small. With supporting documentation, a decision was made to make an offer on the home, and enabled me to position myself to negotiate said offer with confidence. Lastly, Josh and the team I have corresponded with so far have been prompt and more than helpful. I hope this is the last home I buy for awhile, but if something changes and I’m in the market again I’ll contact HDMK. Lastly, I liked how the inspection was presented. I was provided a “Summary” which included what required attention and should be addressed immediately. Then, that summary was followed up with a full inspection in much greater detail along with issues identified that may or may not be as significant as issues from the summary. In closing, the inspection was completed by Josh who I feel done his due diligence, and then the information was presented in such a way that I felt comfortable making my decision to proceed with making an offer. . He saved me a ton of money and time on the first house that went under contract. I was able to make informative decisions based on the information provided by the HDMK inspection and got out before I got too deep. Once I found a better option, I called on HDMK again. Just closed on that house today and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend HDMK and I will be using them again on every purchase in the future.
