He seemed to be very thorough. At one point, there was a stripped out screw on a box that needed inspected and he waited for someone to come get it off which I know held him up at least an extra 10-15 minutes! At the end of my inspection, he sat down and discussed, in short, his findings and answered any questions I had as well as made suggestions on some of the “defects” that he found.
He caught a serious problem I’m pretty sure others would overlook. Highly recommend!
