I encourage my clients to attend their home inspection to get first-hand experience and ask questions where clarification is required. I will explain any issues in a jargon-free language to help you understand the defects and cost implications.
A standard inspection takes around 2-4 hours, depending on the size of the property. However, I do not limit myself to a fixed timeframe. I spend as much time as you need to fully understand the home you are buying. No rushing off to the next job.

Eddie Hiscock came to my home to preform an air quality test. He was professional as well as knowledgeable. He did more than what was required of him, for example not only did he test my home for mold, he checked my venmar, tested my water and provided recommendations for various repairs I needed around my home. Today, the air in my home is cleaner because I am breathing and sleeping better. I believe Mr. Hiscock saved my life because I was constantly sick due to the mold.
Eddie was a dream to deal with. Called when he said he would call, showed up on time (early actually), and provided all information and updates in a fast and efficient manner.
