Once radon is produced, it moves up into the ground into the air and can dissolve into the ground and surface water.
He was a little bit more expensive then the others, but I thought it would be worth to have a deep inspection. I asked to double check the HVAC once it was 12 years old already and I was concerned about it. After the inspection he said everything was great and the HVAC would still last. After that I had the closing and one week latter the HVAC stoped working. The HVAC technicians came and showed me how the HVAC was all rusted and some other things that if you just open the panel is possible to see how bad it it.
