Dan is seriously the greatest home inspector you’re going to find. When we went through the house we ended up buying for the first time there were so many little things that we didn’t notice that Dan was able to point out and he was more than willing to explain things that we didn’t understand. He also came out on short notice when our original inspector backed out only hours before we had to do the inspection (on a Sunday no less!) Dan is really a very positive and welcoming person to work with, especially at a time when you’re trying to find that perfect home for you and your family. I can’t say enough good things about Dan and Hendin Home Inspections. I’ve been recommending him where I can.

As a realtor/broker, I have referred numerous clients to Dan for their private home inspections over the past few years. Every single one of my clients has been more than satisfied with the service they received. Dan is always quick to respond, and willing to work within the client’s schedule. He shows up to appointments on time (usually early), always respecting the time of both myself and the clients. His ability to thoroughly inspect a home/property while giving clear and concise explanations of his findings is invaluable. This is important to my clients, as it leaves them with all of the information they need, all of their questions answered, and they are not left trying to decipher a detailed inspection report on their own. Dan makes sure that the report he generates (usually on the same day!) is a reiteration of exactly what was discussed at the appointment. Furthermore, Dan consistently gives buyers valuable tips on maintaining the home, as to avoid future issues. The professional yet fun demeanor that Dan conveys is the perfect mix! Dan did a home inspection for me on a house February 2, 2022 11:28 am

Dan did a home inspection for me on a house we were interested in buying in June 2020. He was great. He arrived early and was professional and very thorough in his inspection, while being friendly and personable as well. While he was inspecting the house he answered all our questions and went into further detail for both good and bad things with the house. His full report, which was loaded with photos, was received later the same day. If I should ever need home inspection services again I will most certainly be hiring Dan.
