They are always on time, get the reports done the same day, and most importantly, are VERY thorough and detailed in their reports. They have infrared cameras to see wet areas and/or areas that lack insulation as well. Extremely valuable tool. They use a lot of photos in their reports as well and know how to properly explain things to the consumer. Highly recommend them.

I called HG Home Inspection on Monday, they were able to complete my inspection the next day. They made the process of ordering the inspection very easy. The inspector showed up on time and ready to get to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After the inspection was over he walked the house to show me a few of the items he had found and explained why he noted the items on the report. He explained I would have the report within a few hours. By the time dinner was over, I had been emailed the report. Easy to follow with pictures and explanations. I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone who needs an inspection-they were absolutely fantastic!
