Sam was awesome to work with and was very accommodating to our schedule so we could be there for the walk through. He was able to get us in very quick, too. The inspection was very detailed and extra time was taken to really explain what he and his father was going over.
They went over all their findings with me, they answered all my questions and did not make me feel as though I was bothering them. They got the written report to me quickly also.They were very neat and clean and treated the house they were inspecting as if it were their own home.
