Hi 5 Home Inspections

I am so glad I decided to hire Mr. Persaud for my home inspection after much research and a pleasant phone call discussing what to expect. He took great care to review the unit and explain his findings, which were things I would not have noticed or understood otherwise. The report was in my inbox several hours after the inspection. I would definitely hire him again.

The inspection was very thorough and came with a very detailed report equipped with photos, diagrams and best practices. After receiving it I needed some additional help understanding it’s contents and I was patiently brought up to speed. You can’t go wrong here! I highly recommend.

I didn’t know what a “Master Inspector” was when I met Mr. Hemwant, but by then end of the home inspection and after he gave us the break down of his findings, I knew exactly what a master inspector was, and he’s it. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person, who was fully knowable about his craft. He is very efficient, and he has his clients best interest at heart. He is worth every single penny for every single second of his help. I couldn’t be more pleased. I recommend Hi5 to anyone looking for an inspector, you will not be disappointed by the quality you receive from him. Not only that he left us with a wonderful resource to help us in the future that is probably worth the price of the inspection alone. I can t sing enough praises. My partner and I are very very happy we went with Hi5!
