All of this will be detailed in your easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you’ll be able to see the items discussed, with images for reference.

Caamon conducted a thorough home inspection and had the report ready within just a couple of hours. The report software he uses is user friendly, very clear to understand, and allows users to create a checklist of requests that you could send to the buyer during after inspection negotiations. He was very responsive to all questions we had. One perk of using High Peaks is that they offer Saturday inspections.
