Very thorough inspection, caught lots of things that I believe most would overlook. Seems to really take pride in doing a good job. Would highly recommend.

When contacting him for an inspection, he accommodated is for an inspection within 24 hours! We went over with a fine tooth comb and he had a professional, knowledgeable answer to all of our questions. Within 24 hours later, we had a 41 page inspection report with photos and a full description of everything that was imperfect about the house. I can’t recommend him enough!!!

Overall great experience with High Test Inspections. With the overall craziness with the Covid scenario, I needed a home inspection with radon and water tests completed ASAP. I had reached out to about 5 other inspection companies before I happily found High Test Inspections. Point being, the other companies were all massively booked out about a month in advance. Amazingly, High Test Inspections was able to get it done next day. Not only were they timely, they also did a thorough home inspection as well. The report generated was thorough and easily understood. It highlighted all the potential issues with a risk assessment (and detailed images) and resulted in great talking points between me (the buyer) and the sellers. I was not present for the inspection, as I am out of state, but was fully satisfied with the resulting report. Water and radon tests can take a few weeks to complete, and with all the fun things in flight during the home buying process, I never once had to follow up to get results, they were emailed to me as soon as they were available, sooner than expected. They did a great job communicating expectations and were always available to answer questions along the way. Overall, excellent experience with High Test Inspections and great piece of mind in
