Alex and Patrick from High Touch Inspections did an amazing job with our home inspection. As first time home buyers, we were full of questions and also kind of nervous– but there was no need to be. These guys are wonderful– friendly, patient, thorough, knowledgeable. Also, very timely in both scheduling and with writing a detailed report– things that make a huge difference in the fast moving world of real estate. The High Touch team exceeded my expectations. They were punctual and had points to talk about as soon as we arrived. After looking at the entire house with the team we learned so much. They explained in great detail all of their concerns, and afterward we felt 100% comfortable moving forward with our negotiations with the seller. The report they gave us afterward was super detailed with pics and it honestly feels like they gave us a hand book to our future home.
