Mark was extremely thorough starting from the first time I called him when he took his time explaining each step of the inspection process to me, even before we’d hired him.On the day of inspection, he arrived early and encouraged us to join him as he made his rounds during the actual inspection. He took his time making sure to explain everything he found, both good and bad. He answered each of our questions thoughtfully and at a level that we could understand given that we were first time home buyers. He provided the digital report to us super fast (by later that day!) and it was easy to read, clear, and well organized. I would highly recommend Mark for any of your home inspection needs!

Mark Douglas of Highgate Home Inspections recently completed an exterior inspection on our home. The service was excellent and the report was clear and concise. Mark included plenty of photos so I could see every concern noted in the report. He found several issues I was unaware of and will have the chance to repair before real damage is done! Thanks!

Highgate Home Inspection (Mark) did an excellent and thorough inspection. Documented each area of attention. Mark is a very knowledgeable individual and had specific insight into each issue that he identified. Mark followed the inspection up with a phone call to make sure I understood the findings and the resolution. Mark’s work is commendable and is well worth the cost of the inspection. His work saved us a considerable amount of money and identified problems that potentially could become safety issues. If you are in need of inspection services for a manufactured home, Highgate Home Inspection is your source of unbiased information on your home or a home you are considering buying. Mark is you home inspector a week after the inspection or a year after – he provides guidance and insight and answers to your inspection questions.
