Purchasing a home may be the largest investment of your lifetime. A home inspection performed by a knowledgeable and accredited home inspector can bring you peace of mind of your purchase by providing you with the facts on the condition of your future home.
When choosing a qualified home inspector, there are many questions and considerations for you to bear in mind. I ask that you take a moment to read about Hoaglin Signature Home Inspection. With over 35 years experience in the Utah home construction industry, I am knowledgeable, accredited and qualified to be your Home Inspector.
I shopped around a radon mitigation system a couple of years ago, but didn’t decide to get one installed until recently. Bob Hoaglin was one of my first estimates and he was the first call I made when I wanted a system installed. Aside from being a genuinely kind person, he was extremely thorough in his evaluation of my home, noting concerns that no other contractor even mentioned. His communication through the process was great, letting me know in advance if he was running late. All this and he was also the lowest price in town! The day of the installation, he was on time and let me know exactly what was happening throughout the process. Other contractors wanted to route the vent pipe up the outside of the house, but Bob proposed a solution that hid the pipe in the corner of a closet and went up through the attic. Thanks, Bob!
He also implemented a radon remediation system in our house. We were very happy with his work at the time. Recently, we decided to sell our house, but couldn’t find the radon remediation paperwork. Bob was able to quickly provide that old paperwork. Thank you for doing a great work and keeping solid records. I highly recommend using Hoaglin Signature Home Inspection!
It meant so much to us to have Bob himself doing the inspection, rather than a group of less experienced employees. His thorough, detailed report was invaluable, and his professionalism and and responsiveness beyond reproach. We also really appreciated how clearly he explained everything to us, and how open to questions he was.
