James was quick to respond to me and get a home inspection scheduled. He gave great information about things that the home could use maintenance on or things to be fixed. He was detailed in his report, but not so over-the-top with details that I thought the house wasn’t worth buying. I would definitely go through this company again!
He was very thorough and professional. His report was very detailed and included pictures of the things he found. He also took the time to walk us through everything and explain it on our level. He is very knowledgeable and the value is well worth it. It’s great to have that peace of mind. I definitely recommend him.
James Hoffman completed our home inspection at the last minute in order to help us make a tight closing deadline. Not only that, but he completed our walk through over FaceTime since we were currently living in another state. He was so professional and helpful, very kind and respectful, and made us feel very comfortable with the inspection process. He was respectful to the sellers as well.
