Hogan Home Inspection

He had great service, was very thorough, and was able to inspect our home under short notice. Ill be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a home inspection. The one bad review probably has no idea what they’re talking about

He did alright. I used him when i bought my first home several years ago mostly because my real estate agent recommended him. There were things that weren’t tested because of issues. The report was fairly thorough and contained photos and was overall a good view. I remember being there to hand him a check before he started, but I don’t recall having much of an in person re-cap with him. I’d prefer someone that can do the work then ask for money after and provide in depth details in person. So 3 stars for an average job. It wasn’t by any means above and beyond. I also called recently to see about pricing. Unfortunately, he wasn’t competitive to a firm which had significantly more reviews and an overall higher rating. The fact that I went with them previously didn’t seem to hold any ground either.

Devin was fantastic to work with! He was quick to respond, easy to coordinate with and acted in a very professional manner. He did a meticulously thorough job and was awesome to answer my questions. He physically showed me the concerns and problems areas in our new (old) home. I am keeping this guy’s number close. I will use him again, and would recommend him to my best of friends!
