You met the client after your inspection and walked with them explaining your findings. When I had a question I picked up the phone and it was answered.
Daniel was very easy to work with. He always answered the phone, and explained the process before the inspection day so that I would know what to expect. He goes over the inspection with you with pictures and really does a great job of explaining the items to you and their severity. The report he gives you is great because he gives you a version with pictures and a version without. He was also very helpful and responsive after the inspection when I would call with questions or concerns. I feel like most people would send you the report and check you off the list, however Daniel did the exact opposite. Lastly, his price was very reasonable.
