Andy Rees and his wife Carol have lived in Weatherford Texas since 2002. They moved to Texas in 2000 from Portland Oregon where they were involved in the horse industry and commercial sales and marketing. Both Andy and Carol had active real estate licenses in the state of Oregon. Andy has been the builder contractor on several homes and horse facilities in Oregon for himself and later has done the same in Texas. Andy’s experience with construction goes back to his early years growing up in western Canada.

He listened to my concern, put effort into the inspection. He took time and inspected every single detail – Electric, Pumbing, Structure, Foundation, ALL Building Materials, and Wood grades in the home. He is very sharp and detail-oriented. Tony found two building code violations by KB Builders in the roof and truss. Tony cares for his clients. He spent more than enough time and effort to inspect my home. His report was incredibly thorough, direct, in-depth details, knowledgeable, and had clear photos. I really appreciate what Tony and Abby have done for me. I am incredibly grateful for his time and effort. ☺️p

Tony and Abby were very professional, punctual, thorough, and put things in layman’s terms for me — a first-time commercial transaction newbie. They inspected 3 units for us in one building and did an outstanding job of writing up and photographing every minor issue. They even included drone photographs, which was amazing and unexpected. I confidently recommend Tony and his team!
