John and Claire did a phenomenal job with the entire home inspection. They arrived on time (actually earlier) and took time to survey the site externally and did a meticulous inspection of the exterior and interiors at great detail. They were patient enough to address all of our queries and concerns during and after the inspection and even provided us with a First time Home Buyer’s guide which was really helpful. The report provided 24 hours post inspection was extremely detailed and well-documented. I appreciate their effort and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their home inspected.

John and Claire were meticulous, punctual, and very helpful, especially for us being first time home buyers. They divided and conquered different areas of the house keeping us informed when issues were found, answering the many questions we had as well. I would highly recommend Home & Hearth Inspections if you are looking for friendly and well educated inspectors.
