He found some foundation issues and repairs for a house I was buying and recommended a stand-up structural engineer to do a survey. I ultimately did not purchase the house he inspected, but I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mike.

Mike did an absolutely amazing job, he’s very through, provides a detailed report, and knows what he’s talking about. He’s “the best in the business” from the many recommendations I got when I was looking for an inspector for my first home. By my account, he exceeded that reputation. His calendar is usually booked out a bit compared to others in the business but he’s well worth waiting the extra few days. He was very accommodating in returning on short notice to do a reinspection of the property before I closed. If it hadn’t been for Mike I would have never had the peace of mind I needed to ensure that my repairs were complete and be confident going to the closing table.
