He answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of information on things we wouldn’t have even known to ask. We got the report back just a few hours after the inspection, which is great when you are in a time crunch trying to close on a house. On top of all of this he was so sweet! Our realtor said she wants to use him every time because he was so wonderful!

He took the time to go through the entire property and explain everything he was noting in his report as well as offered to assist with any questions even AFTER we close on the house. Would definitely recommend Inspection Geeks and use their services in the future.

Company uses the latest technology in inspecting not only the outside of the house, but also inside. Special attention was given to any adverse condition inside the walls. Report is well documented with supporting photographs and each issue was commented on and recommendations were provided. Without a doubt, I will strongly recommend Home Inspections Geeks.
