Great experience with this company. I made an appointment late Thursday evening and was able to get someone to come in on Sunday for a property I had put an offer on. Paul was my inspector and he arrived not only on time but walked me through everything he did. He was also able to provide me with a report a few hours later. Paul checked everything from the electrical units to the floor / wall paper. He was very thorough and helped me discover that the perspective building has an issue with the water pipes. I would recommend using this company to inspect any house or apt you are interested in purchasing before going into contract.

I was able to schedule an inspection for next day. I called around for prices and Home Inspection Gurus gave me the best rate without compromising quality! Paul paid very close attention to detail, from basement to roof. He even took the time to check requested areas of concern and answer any questions we had mid and post inspection. Since we needed the inspection report ASAP, Paul emailed a Complete Report within 8 hours! Quick and detailed! Highly recommend and would definitely use again! Thanks again, Paul, I would personally request you each and every time.

I’m in market as a first time home buyer, and like anyone inexperienced in an area, I searched online, and based on my choice for home inspector on reviews, real estate agent recommendation and price. I chose Inspection Boys of Queens and Westchester because of a combination of the above said factors, and importantly since I got a hefty 25% discount simply for setting up a morning inspection! Adnan is very professional, prompt, and very friendly inspector. During the inspection, he shared his knowledge about the different types of structures and elements of the house based on the era of construction. As requested, I received my inspection within 24 hours with photos and detail explanation. Pricing for inspection is comparable to other companies, however the 25% discount and more industry experience really put Inspection Boys of Queens and Westchester one step ahead of the competition. I would recommended Adnan to my friends, family and others.
