I had Home Inspection Professionals do my inspection before purchasing a home. Benny Ferlito was on time, professional and knowledgeable. We did a walk around of the house and almost immediately found a major fault in the brick that extended to the foundation that the owners had not disclosed and attempted to cover up with new hedges.His sharp eye saved me from buying a lemon and spending 20k+ in repairs. Can’t recommend them enough and they will definitely be doing my next inspection.

There’s nothing but positive things to say about Kevin and his company. This is was my first experience with a home inspection and he made the entire process easy to understand. Kevin would explain what we were about to do it, and then go into great detail about what he was finding, while also making it easy to digest for someone without experience. The staff doing the scheduling over the phone was informative, pleasant and efficient. This was worth every single penny spent and I will definitely be using Home Inspection Professionals for any future inspections, without a doubt.

I had Home Inspection Professionals inspect a house before I bought it. Chris did the inspecting and was very friendly, thorough, and patient with explaining things. As a first-time home buyer I had a lot of questions, but Chris did a great job helping me understand everything. He provided me with a very detailed report via email, including pictures, which I received within just a few hours of the inspection. I also had Kyle come out and do a sewer scope because there are a lot of trees around the house. Again, very thorough and professional. When he tried to scope it, he said I needed to have the sewer line cleaned out first because there was a blockage. Kyle took the time to explain the everything on the phone to my dad, in addition to providing me with a detailed email with his observations. Home Inspection Professionals gave me a list of recommended plumbing companies to clean out the line for me, and then Kyle came back and finished the job. I learned a lot about my house from this company and would recommend them to anyone!
