The inspection seemed to go well, but after moving in found a couple issues that should have easily been caught. One was aints pouring in through the back door threshold, which had been going on for so long I had to replace the threshold because the wood was rotted. The other was that the ac filter appeared to have not been replaced in well over a year and this caused enough dirt build up to make the unit leak water directly on the filter, causing lots of rust. I asked Ron to follow up with me about ac unit since he should have seen this and he all of a sudden disappeared and stoped responding. Even tried to get my realtor to get him to help, no luck there either. I would not use Ron again due to his lack of self responsibility for something he clearly missed and shouldn’t have.
