Let me start by saying how frustrated I was before calling this company. People charging an arm and a leg and do the minimum. When my wife an I called the owner picked up. He gave us this elevator speach that was well worth listing to. My wife and I had a few questions and we came out of this conversation feeling like we are certified inspectors. Needless to say we hired them. They were early and once again gave us so much information about the home and education about what he looks for. Sad to say we didn’t buy the house but grateful we didn’t becauae of these findings.

Abe and Nick are both extremely thorough inspectors. The are are happy to explain things as the go along. They are also always available post inspection for additional explanation, especially for a first time buyer. I’ve even used them for a family members purchase.

We are first time homebuyers. Our agent suggested a home inspector after our offer was accepted. After looking online for other options, we found Abe. We were very impressed with his reviews and website. We contacted him regarding his services. He was incredibly responsive and called us. While we were on the phone, he checked the real estate listing and found some worrisome problems in the basement just by looking at the photos. He gave us the option of whether we still wanted to proceed. We scheduled the home inspection with Abe. He was meticulous and gave us informative and immediate feedback about the house. He was attentive, thorough, and considerate It is obvious that he takes great pride in his work. He found many defects in the house and was quick to teach us and give us his recommendations. Abe was outstanding and after finding multiple problems, he always gave us the option of stopping the inspection. He was incredible. He spent four hours with us and he gave us tremendous amount of information and he taught us so much that we will be better prepared for finding the right home.

Abe did an inspection for my girlfriend and I who are first time home buyers. With this being a new experience, I was definitely hesitant on who to use for the inspection just due to my inexperience at this point with buying a home.
