My name is Cliff Willis and as you can probably tell by now, I think having a home inspection is a very important part of the home buying process. I started inspecting homes full-time in 1999. My son, Kyle, is an excellent licensed home inspector with has five years of experience in the field. We were referred to Home Inspection Solutions by our realtor, who highly recommended them. Being new to the area and not having had any experience with any other home inspectors in the area, we put our trust in the “professional” and used them. I opted to arrive at the end of the scheduled inspection, in order to do a walkthrough and review the items found during the inspection. When I arrived, Cliff was nearly done with his inspection. As we discussed his findings, I requested that we physically go to each item so that I could see it directly for myself.
