He did a very thorough job and was easy to talk to if we wanted more information on certain issues. Very reasonable rate backed by a superb performance. Would highly recommend Jimmy as he was on time, thorough and complete in his analysis.
I have my home inspection done by Jimmy ( AKAJames) before i brought the property in May 2017. His report is very detailed and i was able to see the things he recommended to fix and a resolution was done by the previous owner before i moved in. He is professional and adds value to the report. In another instance recently on 05/09/2021, i had a water heater pilot was turned off by oversight due to cleaning or others. When i called him for his suggestion, he was very helpful and was very responsive and took a detour and visited my place and lit the Pilot himself. He is genuine person and trustworthy for the Home Inspections or related. i would recommend anytime from my experience.
