In September, we let the winner of the Special tell us where they wanted us to buy their Gift Card. Throughout the month, we asked our clients what places they might like. (and some posted videos) The OVERWHELMINGLY POPULAR choice was a Gift Card to either HOME DEPOT or LOWE’S. When you have your inspection with us this month, your name will be entered into a drawing to receive a $100.00 Gift Card to whichever of these is your favorite store! Josh and Michelle are truly amazing. They are truly heaven sent as purchasing a home can be extremely nerve racking as one is never sure what’s behind the beautiful surfaces. Josh took his time and went through my home with a fine tooth comb. He ensured that he will point out ALL concerns and bring them to my attention, which he did. Even more impressive is that he has all these high tech gadgets he uses to instantly detect problems etc. In other words, if you want someone to save you thousands of dollars and be worry free to catch things your naked eye cant see hire Josh and Michelle. They are a home buyer’s dream team. Thank you for being a blessing and a breath of fresh air. Thank you also for the fine chocolates as they will be nicely enjoyed in my new home.

I was referred by my realtor but I also had another referral from my aunt. Home Inspections by JML’s price was great in comparison to the other company I considered going with. Michelle was friendly and helpful and was able to set up a convenient day and time for the inspection to be done. Josh was there before I was and I was on time, he was speaking with my realtor and had already started inspecting the outside of the house. The remainder of the inspection went well, Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of home inspections. Once the inspection report was ready it was sent over in an email and it includes pictures, descriptions and I’m able to refer back to it in the future. Thank you Home Inspections by JML you guys are super!!

Michelle made setting up the home inspection clear and easy. On the day of the inspection, Josh was there before I was and had already inspected the exterior of the property. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Michelle and Josh made the home inspection a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Home Inspections by JML!
