We review over 400 target areas in the home to ensure a thorough and detailed inspection. You can expect the inspection to take between 1-3 hours depending on the homes and condition.
While it is not necessary, clients are more than welcome to accompany the inspector throughout it’s entirety. By being present during the inspection our professional inspector can familiarize you with the home and provide detailed explanations as you navigate through the house together.
