Owner/Inspector of Home Inspections LLC. My background is in retail commercial construction were I was Project Superintendent for over 8 years. I worked on Retail Store buildout projects with popular retailers such as Coach, JCrew, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle Outfitters, Stride Rite and Cole Haan. My qualifications include experience as an on site Construction Superintendent and Job Expeditor with Innovative Nationwide Builders for retail store build outs. In this role, I was responsible for controlling every aspect of the build project as Superintendent; subs contractors, Mall regulations, scheduling inspections, scheduling deliveries and knowing blueprints of build. During my tenure, I work mostly with the retailer, Coach, as a result of my attention to detail and thorough communication.

He was very thorough in his inspection while also explaining everything he found in layman’s terms. Greg also did a great job of speaking honestly and realistically about certain issues, while being sure to emphasize the issues that could really cause problems.
