I have used Mike several times over the years for my clients and he always delivers above and beyond expectation. His drone footage makes it easy for the client to see those pesky hard to reach areas. For him being such a busy man, I have never had a problem getting him out there during the short due diligence period. He will walk the property with the client and actually show them what he is talking about and give an overview of what he is going to put in his report. Super polite and friendly guy. Easy to ask questions to and explains things in a way the typical homeowner would understand. Mike remains at the top of my inspectors lists and always will as long as he is in business.
