Home Inspections Plus is a family business. You always have the owner of the company performing your inspections. As an Owner/Inspector Jim is Florida licensed and trained in the very latest home inspection standards. Jim is a Certified Master Inspector, certified member of ASHI (The American Society of Home Inspectors) and sits on the local board for ASHI, the premier national home inspector organization. He is an AHIT (The American Home Inspector Training Institute) certified home inspector. Jim is also InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) certified. Jim strives to accurately and objectively help clients understand the true condition of the property he is inspecting, in a professional, thorough, and detailed manner.

Beyond impressed. Having been my first experience with a combination zoning/multi-purpose property. Jamie is a commercial inspection expert; professional, thorough, knowledgeable and very affordable. He completed the entire inspection and was quick to provide the full report inorder for us to move forward on a final offer.

The team is superb! Detailed inspections and timely reports, excellent customer service from the initial phone call throughout the process and beyond closing. As a real estate agent, I base my referrals on the response my clients give me based on their experience. I always hear how happy they are with Home Inspections Plus over and over again.

I was so lucky to have the help of Jim VanSuch! I was under contract to buy an historic home. The house of my dreams! Due to Jim’s thorough inspection, I headed off a nightmare. Jim and Dillon spent 6 hours inspecting the house (12 man hours total). With the information they provided, I was able to calculate my repair costs and I cancelled my contract. A wise investment in Jim spared me an unwise investment my potential home! Although I had another Home Inspectors one month old report for this historic home, I was still committed have Jim inspect the home. Jim had inspected my 2 previous homes. I found him so good at finding problems and explaining them to me, that I viewed his report as my checklist of what to repair. Compared to the other Home Inspectors report, Jim dug deeper to find more items. He’s amazing!
