It is empty and when we went by to check on the house a several days later we found the furnace had been turned off and left off. It was 45 degrees in our home. The fans had all been left on on high, my bathtub muddy, an outlet cover removed and laying on the floor, and a few outlets in need of resetting. We are so fortunate we caught it when we did and didn’t have frozen pipes. I understand the other things but it is unprofessional and unacceptable to forget to turn the furnace back on in the winter.

Very professional and thorough. Caught some really big items that could have cost me a lot of money! Highly recommend!

About the house, did a very thorough inspection, and provided a nice, detailed report for us. His several years of experience were very helpful as we made our home buying decision. I would definitely recommend him to others.
