I hired John three times and was happy with his service every time. The first house he saved me from. The sellers were flipping a the place and didn’t check the plumbing, or just were not being forthright about the conditionof the house. John found a leak that floodee the basement, I walked away from that potential nightmare. Second place I looked at he made me feel comfortable about buying, as it was in good condition. But the appraisal came back and I realized the sellers were trying to take me for a ride. On top of that two days before I got into town thieves broke into the house and stole a fridge and stove. So I backed out on that house. The third time I was able to be in town and walk through the inspectionwith Joh . John walked me through his process, and triple checked everything. He was early to the appointment and explained the ins and outs of the benefits and costs of the house I was buying. I, and my realator learned a lot. I can’t recommend this man enough.
