He went through everything that needed to get done. Did not rush not one bit took his time expecting, took plenty of pictures. Made a great report and send it to us with all the discrepancy with the house and what was not. The report was easy to read and is to save!! The truth is I pick Mr. Rick based off his reviews the way people talk about him and how a great job he’s done, I didn’t have to look any further. I’m glad I did!!! Thank you Mr. Rick!!

It’s evident that he knows what he’s doing and is doing his very best. He was very thorough in his inspection and included very specific notes and pictures to go on the report. He was very professional and helpful, even going so far as to show me directly the concerns while at the home to ensure I understood.
