As a first time House Buyer, this was insanely valuable to me. I could tell that Jack doesn’t just do this for money, he really has a passion for homes and making sure its owners are safe, knowledgeable, and prepared to maintain/preserve the house.
He forgot to mention that our house has another attic which is a standard for this type of houses. We discovered it full of mold after we moved in. Also, he did not notice a dead tree on the backyard about 25 fit tall and not very far from the house (it cost us $3,000 to remove) and cracks on basement walls (not structural but still not pleasant to find it after the purchase). He was referred by a realtor and it was our huge mistake.
