Will was a fantastic inspector! He was very thorough and encouraged questions during the whole process. He explained every step in detail and was very knowledgeable in regards to providing options on how to proceed with all the stuff that was found wrong with the house we wanted to purchase. He went through a full summary at the end explaining everything which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Home Pride if you want a good inspector.
Overall great job, had friendly staff whom maintained continuous communication. The report was provided quickly and allowed the builder to be placed on notice for obvious issues. Great service and good eyes on!
We are moving from out of state so weren’t sure what or who we were going to get with our home inspection. Wow! Great service from the moment we called to schedule to the moment we left the house.
