HomePro performed the radon test and home inspection for us as part of a contract to purchase a new house. There is nothing we can say but good things. Rick was punctual, professional, well-informed, and thorough.

He was thorough and knowledgeable. He noted problems and suggested ways to fix them. He also provided an online report. He was on time and worked around our schedule. However, we were unable to close our deal because the seller had detected radon and refused to remedy the situation.

Charged $475 for a home inspection that anyone else would have charged me $300 for. Brought no tools with him to do basic exploratory things for the inspection. Couldn’t find the dryer vent that was clearly on the outside wall where the washer and dryer located and didnt fo up In the attic.
Almost criminal the amount of money we paid versus the quality of the work performed. We paid this guy $200 more than any other home inspection services as we believed that we would be ensured high-quality work, but instead, we got someone who did not thoroughly inspect our condo and as such we are finding issues that were not mentioned. He also lied about our A/C unit,
