Dave was early to the appointment, he walked us through each of his findings as he noticed them and reviewed everything at the end even showing us pictures of the problem areas. His report was very detailed and we had it within the same day as the inspection. Great experience. Highly recommended!

Dave found areas and problems that weren’t disclosed. His report was easy to understand and gave solutions to the problems found in the home we were buying. We ended up having to walk away from that home, but we did find another, and we called Dave to inspect it.

Dave of Home Safe Inspections Inc. was extremely thorough and spent almost 3 hours going through the house I am purchasing. He explained everything as he went through the house and tested everything he could. He was very personable and was great about answering any questions while going through the house inspection. He really showed how much he cares about making you aware of everything in the house so that you know how to care for things going forward to keep your house safe. I would recommend Dave over and over again. I have purchased 6 homes in the past and he is by far the best inspector I have ever had. Thanks so much Dave!!
