Bob Kramer is the Inspector/Owner. Bob is a retired Air Force firefighter and is a Captain with the Grand Forks Fire Department since 1997. During this time as a firefighter Bob was a fire inspector/investigator for many years. He has extensive education and formal training on inspection processes and building construction. Witnessing first hand how building materials act and react under fire conditions gives him a unique perspective into existing safety measures in a home and incorporating safety measures that may not be present.

It is a nonintrusive inspection. Holes are not drilled, components are not dismantled. This is a snap-shot in time of the home as it is at the time of the inspection.
Home Sweet Home Inspections’ inspection process involves the inspection to start with and then a walk-around with the client. During the walk-around the findings of the inspection and routine maintenance tips are passed on to the client. This interaction is a great time for the client to ask questions and obtain clarification on the findings of the inspection, maintenance concerns or any area they need help with.
