David came out to inspect a prospective home that we have under contract. This home was built in 1920. He took his time and did the most thorough inspection I’ve ever seen. He is so smart and knowledgeable and great at his job. He worked very hard for us and we are very thankful. You can tell he cares about his job and his clients and doesn’t cut any corners. We recommend Home Worx 10000% and will recommend to everyone we know. We will never use any other home inspector!

Dave did an extremely thorough job on a house I was under contract for. The house had significant issues which only a seasoned home inspector would have caught. Dave spent over four hours at the house and explained all the issues very objectively to me. Hopefully soon I find my dream house and I will once again call Dave to perform the inspection.

David is by far the best home inspector we have ever had. We had the opportunity to work with him on two different homes and each time he was prompt, courteous and extremely thorough. He explained everything as he went along and answered all of our questions. My husband and I highly recommend him!
