Bob just recently inspected our future home.

Luckily we were able to get on his schedule. He is extremely thorough and prepared an extensive report with pictures and documentation about all aspects of the home. He has his own radon testing equipment so he was able to get the results immediately. Bob walked me through all of his findings and explained in great detail all the features of the home and what to look for and how to maintain the house.

Bob did an excellent job. We was willing to be accommodating with my schedule.

Bob did an excellent job. We was willing to be accommodating with my schedule. During the inspection he took the time to not only inspect the home but to teach me about it. He walked me through how to maintain the home, what upkeep things needed to be done soon, and left me with a book/guide on home maintenance. Pick him. You won’t be disappointed!
