Home buyers in the RI/MA area be wary! Home inspector Robert (Bob) Moore does not report major, illegal, not up to code home issues, nor does he bring them up to the buyers’ attention! If you want an inspector who has your best interest in mind and not the sellers, do yourself a favor and think twice prior to hiring inspectors from this company! It might save you thousands of dollars!
John was great! Very thorough and walked me thru everything he saw. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
