Lawrence (Larry) was extremely professional and very experienced. The home had been previously inspected by an inspector the past buyer had hired and many false issues were found and many others were missed. Larry conducted his inspection and walked me through everything he found and answered all my questions and explained everything that I as a first time home buyer could understand. He even had the report prepared and sent to me the very same day! I’ll be keeping his number for the future for sure.
